First visit
What your first visit is like
Each kind of care starts with a conversation. Nothing happens until you say it can.
A first chiropractic visit takes 45 to 60 minutes. A first massage takes the length you booked, 30 to 90 minutes. A first red light session takes about 20 minutes, including a few questions.

From the door to the session
- 01
Step 1: You arrive
The front desk greets you. There is nothing to fill out at home, and a short form takes a few minutes in the waiting room.
- 02
Step 2: You talk first
Your clinician asks how you are, what you want from the visit and what you would rather avoid. Tell them about any medicine, recent surgery or injury.
- 03
Step 3: They explain, you decide
For chiropractic that means an exam and a plan. For massage, the pressure and the areas. For red light, the session. You can stop or say no at any point.
- 04
Step 4: You leave with what happens next
Your clinician tells you what to expect afterwards, when to call us and when to call your doctor. Fees are explained before you book, not after.
What to bring
A list of your medicines
Names and doses, as written on the bottle.
Comfortable clothes
Massage is draped; chiropractic and red light are easier in loose clothing.
Your plan card, if you use one
So the front desk can tell you what to ask your plan.
